Leasing Information A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is applied to each unit rental. Lease terms are three months minimum, then go month to month. Payment for the security deposit, and the first three months is required at the time of move in. Security deposits are returned as long 30 day move out notice is given, and the unit is empty after vacated. Security We do our best to your things safe. We have security cameras at all locations, as well as posted signs announcing their presence.
